If you are PhilHealth-enrolled in the Konsulta dialysis benefit, your out-of-pocket cost is zero. PhilHealth pays ₱6,350 per session up to 156 sessions per year, and TresMedica covers everything beyond that - medications, EPO, IV iron, dialyzers, and lab monitoring. This is the No Balance Billing pledge.

Every session already includes:

• The hemodialysis session itself
• A single-use, high-flux dialyzer
• Erythropoietin (EPO)
• Intravenous (IV) iron supplementation
• Nutrition counseling
• The routine labs that monitor your treatment

Nothing in that list gets added to your bill at the end of the session.

Yes. Our centers are accredited dialysis providers under PhilHealth's Z-Benefit / Konsulta packages. Bring your PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR) and Dialysis Database registration to your first visit.

Bring these six items:

1. Your PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR)
2. PhilHealth Dialysis Database registration, if available
3. Your referring physician's HD Prescription
4. Recent labs, including a Hepatitis Profile
5. Any existing dialysis chart from a prior center
6. One valid ID

Yes. Bring with you:

• Your current HD prescription
• Your recent labs
• Any access documentation (fistula or catheter)

Our medical team coordinates with your nephrologist and the previous center for a clean handover.

First-time patients should call ahead to confirm machine availability at the center nearest you. After your initial intake, your schedule is locked into a regular slot (typically 3 sessions per week).

Most centers operate Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with morning, midday, and afternoon shifts to accommodate different patient schedules. Specific hours vary by location - check the individual center page.

TresLab is our laboratory diagnostics arm. It runs the routine monitoring labs for dialysis patients (CBC, electrolytes, iron studies, BUN/creatinine) plus general clinical panels for walk-ins. Most results turn around the same day.

TresRx Pharmacy (also branded Discovery Pharmacy) provides affordable maintenance medications for CKD-5 patients and the wider community. Our pledge: Siguradong Gamot ay Mura. PhilHealth Konsulta, senior citizen, and PWD discounts are processed on eligible medications.
