How much will I pay out of pocket per session?
If you are PhilHealth-enrolled in the Konsulta dialysis benefit, your out-of-pocket cost is zero. PhilHealth pays ₱6,350 per session up to 156 sessions per year, and TresMedica covers everything beyond that - medications, EPO, IV iron, dialyzers, and lab monitoring. This is the No Balance Billing pledge.
What does "No Balance Billing" actually include?
Every session already includes:
- The hemodialysis session itself
- A single-use, high-flux dialyzer
- Erythropoietin (EPO)
- Intravenous (IV) iron supplementation
- Nutrition counseling
- The routine labs that monitor your treatment
Nothing in that list gets added to your bill at the end of the session.
What do I bring on my first visit?
Bring these six items:
- Your PhilHealth Member Data Record (MDR)
- PhilHealth Dialysis Database registration, if available
- Your referring physician's HD Prescription
- Recent labs, including a Hepatitis Profile
- Any existing dialysis chart from a prior center
- One valid ID
