Rep. Juan Carlo "Arjo" Atayde, alongside Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, inaugurated the Aksyon Agad Dialysis Center on October 8, 2024. The center, located at the QC District 1 Mini City Hall in Barangay Bahay Toro, runs 20 Japan-sourced dialysis machines and can serve up to 60 patients per day.
Operated by TresMedica Trading as the implementing partner, the center extends the No Balance Billing model to underprivileged residents of QC District 1. Rep. Atayde has publicly committed to scaling the program with three additional centers across the district.
